Dear OS Committee Members...Please save Sna from turning into a Hindi/ Punjabi speaking school, particularly the BD !!!

Surely, a great deal of good work has happened in the last few years, though this concerted effort has to be ongoing and, where ever possible, further enforced, should we together like to see Sna "the best school of all" ! I would like to particularly draw your attention to three issues. 1) currently the school has the written test for new admissions only at Sna. This becomes a limiting factor to attract a wider section of the society, across the country. Over the years, the majority of the crowds have been reduced to states such as Himachal, Haryana, Punjab and a handful from Delhi. More centers may be considered for the written test. Perhaps, the metros, at the least ! And, the short listed students may be called for an interview at Sna. 2) the school is picking up Hindi/ Punjabi speaking culture at an alarming pace. This must be controlled fairly quickly and with an iron hand before it is very late. The prefects could play a pivotal role and help the administration achieve the desired results. 3) the teachers so inducted must be well qualified and suited to take Sna forward. Keep the Sna flag flying high !

Serious - The staff working in the school hospital is full time engaged in pleasing their fellow kinsmen - friends/ families. Major part of the medicine stocks are consumed by them. Yes, they are very important and have a right to treatment but they should not abuse the system. Also, the cold treatment and impatient hearing the school children get when visiting the hospital is a sight to be watched. Hey, they are paying and must be attended with care and on priority. A close watch must be kept on the staff working in the hospital.
