Profession/position - Partner, Sangha Farms near Jallandhar (Punjab). The largest producers of potatoes in the country. Specializing in virus-free potato seed production. Approximately 5500 acreage under potato cultivation.

Jang holds a Masters' degree in agriculture from Cornell. He oversees the R&D and has set up a biotech lab, focusing on tissue culture to eradicate viruses that tend to reduce potato yields.
